Ohio Fishing Reports, Lake Erie Fishing Charters

Hellow fellow fisherman and welcome to our reports page and now that Spring has arrived the Lake Erie fishing charters and local fisherman are putting their fishing boats in for the 2009 fishing season.


Now is the time to get excited about this fantastic fishing year comming up as our limits of perch are remaining at 30 per man in the central basin of Lake Erie as our numbers of fish,plentiful bait pods and very productive hatches have been in great shape.These fish will start to really turn on the first 2 weeks of may and continue throughout the remainder of the year.May and June the fish will be in shallow waters and make for nice easy runs from shore.The Perch will be in very good numbers and range from 6 to 14 inches.


The 2009 Walleye fishing on Lake erie may very well be the best size coolers of fish we have seen in over 30 years .The huge walleye hatch of 2003 will be the largest numbers of fish we will be catching with most of them weighing in at over 6 pounds.Their also will trophy size walleye much bigger from years before.So if you are looking for a Lake Erie Charter for trophy fish this should be the year.We will follow the fish from Cleveland,Ohio,Eastlake,ohio,Geneva,Ohio and Ashtabula,Ohio for the summer.


Lake Erie fishing for steelhead trout will also be good this year as the fish return to our rivers every year to spawn and migrate right out front in the central basin of Lake Erie.Keep in mind we have 7 6man charter boats and can take up to 42 people at a time with advance notice.Good luck fishing and hope to see you fishing.
